If you missed our ten foot tall scarecrow (Joe Crow) at the recent St. Charles IL Scare Crow Festival, you missed a good joke. Taking too many hours to make to talk about with pride, holding a 16 inch light bulb, it stood proudly for sanity in health care. Everybody is a little crazy, but you can only talk about it if it's you or your family.
